Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors.  This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

 

PRODUCT PRICING
Prices displayed on lianiswim.com are quoted in U.S. currency and are exclusive of taxes.  If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We guarantee our merchandise and will accept any defective item for an exchange or store credit.  An exchange or store credit may be received if an item is returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags and/or liners will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.  Once we have received and processed your exchange and determined that apparel/swimwear item(s) are in their original perfect condition we will send an email confirmation including an invoice for any additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All additional shipping charges associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.

There are NO returns allowed on swimsuits due to health and safety regulations.

When you visit summerloveswimwear.com or send emails to Liani Swim, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
If you use this site, you are responsible for restricting access to your computer. Liani Swim does not sell products for children. If you are under 18, you may use lianiswim.com only through a parent or guardian. Liani Swim reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

By visiting lianiswim.com, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute that might arise between you and Liani Swim.
